Book a First Risk Baseline

Send what you already have — however messy — and we build the Baseline from it. The first Baseline is free.* If you want the monthly refresh that keeps it current, that is the subscription. The call confirms two things: whether the Baseline fits, and who will operate the rhythm.

Fields marked are required. Everything else helps us prepare and can be left blank.

This is where the Baseline starts — an insurer, customer, bank, tender, board or adviser, and roughly when — so the first call is about your answer, not about forms.

A one-off and a recurring rhythm need different things, and we will tell you honestly which fits.

A sentence is fine. This becomes the material for the comparison during scoping.

A named person — COO, Controller, Practice Manager, Safety/Quality or IT lead. The rhythm only works if someone on your side runs it, and we will help you confirm who before you commit to anything.

If no meeting will use it, the rhythm has nowhere to land.

So the call starts from the level of help you actually want.

A month is fine. It lets us make sure we can actually start when you want to.

We reply within two business days. Bring your current material, however messy — that is the normal starting condition, not a problem.

Please do not attach anything sensitive. A public form is the wrong place for a board paper or client data. Tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure way to share it, or you can walk us through it on the call. What you send here is used to answer your enquiry and is held as described in our privacy policy.

If nobody on your side would keep this current, or nothing about the request recurs, we will suggest a one-off proof pack rather than a subscription, or say plainly that now is not the time — a rhythm only helps if it will actually be run.
