Essentials · plans and pricing

One subscription, one choice.

Every subscription price below is built from two numbers. The subscription is the same for everyone, and the one thing that changes the price is how much expert review you want on top of it.

The building blocks

Every subscription price is one of these, or a multiple of them.

A$300 a month

The subscription. One organisation, ten users, the baseline kept current, the workflow and the leadership pack.

A$500

A Quick Review. A MyRISK risk officer reads your refreshed baseline and the action and blocker state, then works through it with you: what changed, what is stuck, what to escalate.

On request

A Full Review. Your leadership pack checked before the meeting, with pack QA and written escalation notes.

The plans

Start with the subscription. Then pick a review cadence.

The subscription — A$300 a month

One organisation, ten users, the baseline refreshed monthly, the workflow, and the pack your leadership meeting uses and you send on when someone asks for proof. One onboarding review in the first 30 days.

A$3,600 a year, billed monthly.

The reviews — the only variable

A Quick Review works through your own baseline: what changed, what is stuck, what to escalate. A$500 each.

A Full Review goes further: your leadership pack checked before it reaches the meeting, confidence and contradiction flags worked through, priorities challenged with you, and written escalation notes. Priced on request.

Annual price by review type and cadence, subscription included.

CAPACITY-LIMITED

Before you subscribe — First Risk Baseline

Built from what you already have, in about ten minutes. Free until 31 December 2026, and A$495 after that. It stands on its own — see where you are first, decide about a rhythm second.

Instead of subscribing — Event Pack, A$4,500

For one named insurance renewal, tender, board paper, lender or diligence request. Three months of access, a point-in-time baseline and proof pack, and one Full Review. A single engagement, start to finish.

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Full Review plans are priced on request while capacity is held for them — ask and we will tell you the number.

What a review actually is

A challenge session on your own material.

A reviewer reads your baseline and your leadership pack, then asks the questions a board member, an insurer or an auditor would ask — and writes down the ones you could not answer.

The note records the questions raised and the escalations suggested, so the next person to ask gets the same answer. The judgement stays yours — you decide what to act on, and the pack shows what you decided.

A shorter review carries the same care as a longer one, on less of the material. A Quick Review is the same discipline as a Full Review, applied to the month rather than to the pack.

How the time works

  • A review runs to its time allowance. If there is more to do, book the next one or add one
  • Reviews belong to the period they are booked in, and a missed one can be rebooked once inside it
  • Want us to prepare the pack or chase the actions for you? That is Consulting work, and we will scope and quote it

In every plan

The subscription does not change between tiers.

What you get, on any plan

  • One organisation, ten users — so seats never enter the conversation
  • The baseline refreshed monthly
  • Owner, action and blocker workflow
  • The pack — what your leadership meeting reviews, and what you send when an insurer, customer or tender asks for proof. One document, both jobs
  • One onboarding Quick Review inside the first 30 days
  • Standard support

How it is billed

  • Monthly. Paying annually in advance may attract a discount; where it does, those fees are not refundable
  • You can end it on two months’ written notice. The subscription and the fees run through the notice period
  • You can move up a plan at any time, paying the difference pro rata
  • At day 90 we show you how the rhythm is actually being used — cycles completed, pack use, retention score. You can move down a plan there

For your reviewers

How it works in practice

Four things worth knowing before you start

  • It runs on what you already have. Spreadsheets, documents, adviser notes, the last questionnaire you answered. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate, and you can start this week.
  • It gives you management visibility with the evidence attached — the form an insurer, a customer or a board is actually asking for.
  • The monthly refresh is the product. The baseline shows where you stand; the refresh shows what changed, what closed, what aged and what evidence arrived.
  • It works when someone owns it. We ask for a named operator on your side and the leadership meeting that will use the pack, because that is what makes the rhythm hold.

Start with the free Baseline, then choose a cadence.

The Baseline costs nothing and is built from what you already have. You do not need to pick a plan until you have seen one.
